Schmidt (New Girl)- ESTJ Supervisor (Extraverted Sensing Thinking Judging)
ESTJs are take-charge people. They have such a clear vision of the way that things should be, that they naturally step into leadership roles. They are self-confident and aggressive.
They can sometimes be very demanding and critical, because they have such strongly held beliefs, and are likely to express themselves without reserve if they feel someone isn’t meeting their standards. But at least their expressions can be taken at face-value, because the ESTJ is extremely straight-forward and honest. They are hardworking, clean, and meticulous.
Supervisors approach human relations along traditional lines. Marriage and parenthood are sacred to them, and they tend to have a large circle of friends, with many friendships faithfully maintained over the years. Social gatherings and ceremonies have great meaning for them, and they look forward to holiday parties, club dances, weddings, class reunions, awards banquets, and the like. In social situations, Supervisors are friendly and talk easily with others. Though they can seem a bit formal in their manners, Supervisors are pretty easy to get to know. At ease in polite company, they tend not to confuse people by sending double messages or putting on airs-what they seem to be, they are.
When bogged down by stress, an ESTJ often feels isolated from others. They feel as if they are misunderstood and undervalued, and that their efforts are taken for granted. Although normally the ESTJ is very verbal and doesn’t have any problem expressing themself, when under stress they have a hard time putting their feelings into words and communicating them to others.
Nick: In March, I will have been living with Schmidt for 10 years. I know that because he sent me an e-mail asking how I want to celebrate our tin anniversary.
Winston: Schmidt is tired of doing things for you that go unnoticed — lining your shoes up at the door.Nick: Don’t line my shoes up at the door.Winston: Recording your favorite shows. The turn-down service.Nick: The turn-down service is weird, and I never asked you to do that.Schmidt: Well I guess those chocolate mints just disappeared on their own.
“I’d really appreciate if your non-Tahitian vanilla wasn’t touching my Tahitian vanilla.”
Nick: I need you to tell me what pants not to wear and to exercise more often. I need you make fun of me when i call a panini “a hot sandwich.”
Winston: I even miss your hair chutney. Without you, man, we’re just 3 idiots who live together. You make us a family.

Hilarious, new to me blog.
