In my effort to move to a new neighborhood, I put in an application for the first (and only) apartment that I looked at.

Today I raced to the realtor to beat any other applicants and I think I won. I’m also feeling pretty good that the realtor’s street address is 1337.

If all goes well, I’m be moving from Edgewater to Greektown/UIC Halsted. Changing up my commute from 9 miles to 1 mile and getting another 1000 square feet of living space.
